A few things.

Well just a few thoughts, you may choose to disagree with me.
First of all I'd recommend to change the voting reward into something more... useful? - something that would make people WANT to vote and make the server more popular. Personally, I don't find "10 leaves" as a very unique reward. Not something that would make me WANT to constantly vote for sure.
Secondly, how about lowering the prices of Awake scrolls and Reversions? I mean let's be honest, no one is satisfied by having just one slot of something. Since it comes that easy, people want 2-3 slots and that's a bit more difficult.
Thirdly, perhaps make some basic changes to make things more interesting.
Such as adding V16 features, removing the annoying bank PIN when going in game and so on. Also, and that's more of a request - could you lower the guild siege requirements? Such as lowering the needed level and maybe increasing the amount of lives per person.
Another thing, you should add the V15 jewels into one of the shops (either DL or regular one) or fix the boss that drops them, because the only way to get them right now is from events and that's not really fair towards all players.

I guess this textwall is enough for now.
Hope you will take my suggestions seriously.
- Also, and that's more of a question: Are the servers safe from being hacked or what not? because it has happened before and I'd like to know if it might happen again.

1. When i will add more rare items on the DL shop then those "10 leaves" will be useful.

The awakes are high because we improved it. you get much better awakes now.

and that kind of ignores what i said.

You can already get 3 slots O_O..

I dont think you understand what I'm saying.....
In theory you can get 3 of anything BUT the prices make it difficult to actually achieve that.
Your price setup makes it impossible - it's like you only assume people would get - let's say 13% adoch and be happy with it.
